That's the same message.  David's text to me in that message started out

I've been wondering the same thing.  At least my message data matches
yours, except for the rules postings by the moderator, which I didn't see
in your list.  I always keep the latest one, so that I can keep track of
whether or not I get the rules each month, and how many posts I've gotten
(or at least saved) since the last one.
