No, not at all. Whether it comes from Canada, China, Mongolia ...
etc..., it doesn't matter.

Issue for us, poor fellows inside the EU is whether the goods come from
outside the EU or not. If from outside, the parcel will be hold by the
customs, with as a consequence, you'll have to pay:

- a fee for the custom "work" for the to hold-it action.
- a stock holding fee, at a days rate (and a week could have passed
already before you know).
- The normal IMPORT local duties, based on a price they assume the price
is - maybe they accept the price on the invoice, maybe not -.
- on the three items before they add the transport costs as stated to
the invoice, if they accept transport costs as stated on the invoice.
- and on top all that, ON THE SUM of the 4 items before AND the price,
they calculate VAT, which is here in Belgium 21 percent.

Give you a simple example: I ordered a few years ago a real IBM keyboard at:

http://www.pckeyboard.com

It was listed at 49,99 $ and after having done the entire parcours I
ended up at 151,25 $. That are USD.

Believe me, it just isn't doable. (-:
