Hi,
What I hate (and it is happening weekly) is that everytime I get the 
"hard bounce" shut-off it changes my preferences to
"new-n-improved" 
(read: unnecessary & asinine HTML advertising) email on ALL 57 groups in 
which I'm a member. I have to separately go to my preferences for ALL 59 
groups and change it to traditional (read: text) email. It is a waste of 
20-30 minutes per week, every week now.
