I think it's a waste of time to try to tighten security in "potential
non-weapon hazards". They aren't targeting people, for example I
mentioned tanker trucks but they won't just head downtown to some populated
spot, they would head for a federal reserve city and target a fed bank.

While they do use terrorist methods, the attack pattern changed when they
realized they are much more effective if they can hit economic centers,
major bridges, major airports, etc, anything that would damage the economy.
