Many thanks for your concern for the echo, but please allow me to address
these issues myself.  I have already sent a message to Mr. Palmer via
NetMail, since I did not want to clog the echo with further off-topic
traffic.
I will again post the echo rules in a later message to all, stating again the
requirement that we refrain from off-topic messages and that we all allow the
Moderator and the co-Moderator to address such issues as these directly.
