I was on Newegg looking at CPU coolers and reviews on them, when I saw a
$4.99 model with half the CFM of the others and a full Five Star rating
after 49 reviews.

Is it possible that such a slow, cheap cooler can be that good?  Doesn't
make sense to me.  Isn't CFM a top requirement?
