of US Senate attendace records for the Senate President and Acting SPs
since 2001. All the information was culled from public data archived at
Congressional Record, which is the is the official record of the
proceedings and debates of the United States Congress.

As commenter Del C shows in the break-down of attendance, there is quite a
number of people who substituted Cheney as President of the Senate twice or
more times.
