I think that you should talk them into buying a Courier.
From these stats you could turn this into a 28800 link with the 64
Trellis coding. you already have Top symbol rate & carier Freq,
acceptable Tx level, Alright Rec level,
and a Courier would PO the VFC connect and make this a useful link.
