Ever heard of a program guide / schedule? You can even access them on the
Web now.  I sit down monthly (for the cable channels) and weekly
(for the FTA channels) and mark what I want to watch. Then I tape them for
watching at my convenience. It's much easier than hiring a video when I
want to veg out in front of the TV, and it doesn't pollute my brain
