states Saddam's intent was to use the puppets he had bribed, France,
Chirac, Russia, Putin, to quickly end sanctions and then dig up, bring back
from Syria and Libya.

Hussein had an ongoing nuke program in Libya and who knows what hidden in
Syria.  200 un accounted for WMD scientists, etc etc etc.

You are just completely wrong on your assessment.
