Who is blind and who sees clearly is not a matter of physics but opinion. 
I read your link.  It loses credibility because it spends two paragraphs
talking about when the order/legislation was signed and donning tin foil
and conspiracy theories.  It basically says that the thing complained of
merely expanded the definition of financial institutions to include
credit/cash lenders other than banks, so that lenders of cash at used car
lots, jewelry stores, etc. can be investigated the same way as a bank or
savings and loan.

I don't concede that the article is correct since it has a decidedly left
wing anti-administration bent, shown by among other things that it fails to
quote any administration explanations and defenses and only quotes the
ACLU.

However, even if everything in the article is absolutely true and not
shaded in any way for political effect my reaction at a time of war is. 
GOOD. KEEP IT UP.  FIND AND KILL THE TERRORISTS.  If something starts
happening I don't like we can organize a change in the law fairly easily. 
Its a great thing about our country how easily this could be changed if it
ever started affecting innocent people on any kind of large scale basis or
for improper purposes.

Take a pill and call me in the morning.
