Yeah, I meant RIPtel. I've used both RIPterm and RIPtel. Other than the RIP
feature (which is pretty much R.I.P. these days), they're not very good
terminal programs.

HyperTerminal *comes with* Windows XP. I'm not sure why you didn't try it.
