I have a question for Bill Kelly, Alan Adler, and others who flex.  :^) The
inteded is 8" diam f/5.
What would the feasability be of flexing a 0.75" thick 8"
diameter aluminum (say 6061 Al) mirror?
Or would a 0.50 thick slab be a better idea? This is ignoring the other
flaws with making a metal mirror. Just a thought but would appreciate the
feedback.
