I think an awful lot is. I went down for a flu shot at the beginning of the
month and it was a really long line, I don't do lines, so was about to head
out, but the guys in front of me were talking about just that, so I stuck
around and joined in the conversation, the guy that got on line behind me
also joined in and soon it seemed the entire section of the line was
talking.

Primary chat was on the lack of position on anything that everyone
detected, but I noticed that no one believed for a second that Kerry was
entirely on the up and up to get 3 Purple Hearts in only 4 months. I stood
up for him in that regard (left-handedly) by saying if it was good enough
for the Navy, then it became something not worth arguing, but that it was
his actions after he got back that bugged me. Lots of nodding agreement to
that. One guy summed it up in a nutshell: if Bush is so close to Kerry in
NJ where Gore won by 16 points, then he must be in really deep doo doo
elsewhere.
