result. While I applaud the aspects that addressed civil rights etc., the
"nanny state" aspects did no one any favors.

Hopefully Bush will be able to get the "ownership" aspects of his
agenda through in his 2nd term - both the health and social security
private accounts. I'm not sure which is more urgent, though I'd lean toward
the Social Security first.
