subject: Double Indent

I have long ago made the transition from WP 5.1 to Word 7,
and (after some bumps in the road), all has gone relatively
smoothly.
The one feature that I cannot easily duplicate in Word is
the "double indent"; i.e., where the text is indented equally
from the left and right margins. This is typically used when
quoting more than two lines from a single source.
The only way I can do this is indent from the left margin
(Ctrl-M) and then manually move the right margin marker
(the little triangle on the right side) to where I want it
to be.
In WP, there was a command that would move both margins in
at once. Is there any easy way to do this in Word which I
am missing?
Thanks for the help!
