JS} Shelling (or something) has changed from 6.6b to
  } 6.6c.  I put in a new command in 6.6b:
About the only change in that area was that {COMMO} now hooks INT
61h to use for the "other copy running" test.  Do you know if any of
your programs use INT 61h?  In any case, I'm going to change that in
the next release since someone else reported interference from that.
I can't think of anything else right now that would cause that.
