Hi all,

I'm going to buy a new motherboard that is based on the nForce 570
chipset. Anybody already had experience with it?

Latest Danis "supports the Nvidia nForce2/3/4/500/600 SATA
controllers", so I think the 570 is covered too. Audio should be a be
Realtek ALC882, and it should work with latest UniAud, while the
onboard LAN device is currently not supported by GenMac, but it is not
an actual problem.
What concerns me is that I want to use an AMD X2 cpu on it: it is the
first time I try an SMP system and I have no idea where I should start
from... all the AMD dual core CPUs are equivalent from OS/2 point of
view? Success in having working SMP system is related to the chipset used?
