OK, but that's not a sound reason to prefer DOS apps when you're already
running under Windows. The Win32 version of MultiMail isn't a GUI app,
after all (as I'm sure you know, because you used to run it); it looks just
like the "DOS" version. But it works better than the DOS version in most
ways, under NT-family OSes.

With DOS apps, they are; but not with Win32 apps.
