There's a preliminary decision concerning Police pursuits of felons
involving the death of a "innocent" party in the felons vehicle.  And
the nationwide application will come about if the Court makes a final
ruling and it's appealed the the USSC.  The USSC has already given the
informal nod to review the case, and it doesn't look good.
