I've heard they did a cover of the title track of Nektar's _A Tab in the
Ocean_ which I'd love to hear. I have heard that one of their albums is
impossible to find, and never has beens released inna States-I mean, isn't
out on CD.
Here's what the GEPR had to say:
***
    French TV [USA]

French TV (84), After A Lengthy Silence (87), Three
(90?), Virtue In Futility (92?)

Last two are cassettes only I think.

Really neat Louisville fusion band with a serious
Canterbury leaning. I really liked their first one, and am looking
forward to their second one which is supposed to be more in
the symphonic realms.
This band from Kentucky employs a HEAVY bass and
strong rhythms, with possibly some influence from Magma. The
styles range from roaring pounding complex-rock to disjointed
artsy pieces, with plenty of jazz influence thrown in...although
one probably wouldn't call it fusion, all of those elements are
present. Maybe closer to the Canterbury sound of Soft Machine
and others.
