'gigomail' from the gigt0714.zip package..  gigt0714 is highly taylored to
running with GIGO; however, gigomail itself can run by itself to send
outgoing messages.

As to *complete* solutions (if you're not working with GIGO that is),
I don't know of anything.  All I know is that when the next
software burning happens, I'm taking IBM's sendmail to torch :-)
