Open properties of the Lexmark Z51 and open printer driver page (tab).
Upper box shows installed drivers, RMB driver object of choice and delete.
Physical delete of the actual Z51 driver file(s) is not necessary but if
you wish to do so it's only possible by deleting the folder containing the
*.drv file.
