Oh, you mean like TennCare that was modeled after HillaryCare(tm)?  It's in
a shambles, and is probably so broken, it can't be fixed.  I have an
acquaintance who works for the Governors office here in TN, doing Grant
research.  She's now on a new project, working on setting up an Economic
Development office for the state, which Governor Bredesen has decided will
be his "legacy" for the state.  Originally he was going to be the
one to "Fix TennCare", but now he's privately realized it's so
broken, it can't be fixed.  It continues to eat up more and more of the
state budget and resources every year now, with no end in sight.  Too many
"oxes" will need to be gored to get it fixed, and the lobbyists
for each ox are too powerful to get the changes passed and put in place.
