Using my Courier, I get 21.6k connects with the M11F on the Sydney PCUG.
When I use Poe's "S39=9 S56=2" string I push the connect up to 24.0k but
then the ARQ light goes bonkers (flashes constantly) and the connect
dies most of the time.
