The important bits are the glass type listed.   The first three numbers
specify
the refractive index, namely 1.523.  The last three digits specify the Abbe number,
namely 58.6.   When I leafed through the glass catalog in the back of
Rutten &
Venrooij, it seems to be a close match to K5, a relatively inexpensive crown.

You need a flint like F2 (620-364) to pair with this to make an achromat.  The
methodology for designing doublets is pretty straightforward, and can be done with
a simple spreadsheet.
