Don't just say macro virus. Any file attachment can be infected. I use a
disk imager program and if I image an infected diskette into a file,
then send it via E-mail to someone and they image the file onto a
diskette, it to will be infected. I am sure I will get some argument
with this, but been there, done that.
But one that automatically infects upon opening an E-mail message is
bunk.
