Disney seems to be having some success in painting the Mr. Magoo issue as 
simply a matter of political correctness.  That will continue unless we do a 
better job of getting our side out.  That is not likely to happen through the 
traditional media since Disney has vast advertising leverage and even own a 
good chunk of it (ABC).
So, since we can't have limited access to tradional methods (press, boycott, 
picket) we need to use some new avenues.  Specifically, the Internet 
newsgroups.
Newsgroups are a lot like letters to the editor, but much better.  No one is 
going to edit your ideas to their idea, it is a more focused group, and you 
reach the whole world.
There are several Disney-interest groups.  Alt.disney is one and there are a 
whole bunch of others.  Movie groups under the rec structure also carry 
Disney comments.  You can get Disney monitors those groups.
If a lot of us post to these groups to get the idea accross that Magoo does 
real damage, especailly those of us who grew up being taunted as Magoo, we 
have have a very large impact.
