Why did she have to be reminded that she's made a "ka-ka"?

She not only P.O.'ed teachers, but "Stay at home Mom's", by
trivializing that work as not being important.

I have a question though:  "What serious 9-5 job has Madame Heinz had
that qualifies HER to be first lady?"  Running the household of
servants, chauffeurs?  Maybe that's good to run the White House staff???
