This is the first time you told me this.  Could you give me dates/times
and logs for that, so that I can check in mine own logs.  Also, can
you tell me the exact brand/model etc of your modem, so that I can
document that.  If you do not have the old logs, just call me again
and give that to me (assuming it fails).  I am more interested in
