So increase the font size. I'm running 1280x1024 with an 80x40 HyperTerminal
window fills about 3/4 of the screen (that with an 11pt font), and it's great.
I, personally, don't want my Telnet terminal to fill the screen, I just want my
text very readable with 40-50 rows.

Maybe you have a bizzare video card? Console mode programs, when maximized, use
the fonts of your VGA controller, so there should be nothing weird or different
from running DOS on the same system and using DOS-based console programs.

Tastes are one thing, but you seemed to claim that RIPtel was the *only* Telnet
client for Windows that could do the things you claim... like:

Right. And there are several very good terminals that can do that
(HyperTerminal is not one of them). You can even do that with Windows
telnet.exe (ctrl-Enter)!
