Explanation of the three files for each echo you are taking over although I
have posted this before in ELIST :

echotag1.ECO    Has your details as COMOD1 with FROM and MOD as original MOD.

echotag2.ECO    Has your details as FROM and MOD.

echotag3.ECO    Has COMOD1 DELETE to now delete you as a comod as you are now
                the MOD.

If it is not done in this order it will fail security checks.
Hence the reason for the three files per echo and when they are processed they
are done in alphabetic order which is why they are numbered 1, 2 & 3.

Assuming of course that all three are sent in.

Easy when you know how and why.
