-=>While in the White Hart, Maureen Goldman explained to Fred Runk that<=-
MG> I've had a different one of Collins' books for years. Will
MG> probably never read it. Right now I'm reading a mystery by
FR> Another of his more popular works is THE MOONSTONE. Could that be the
FR> one? Why do you think you will never read it?
MG> Yep, that's it. I have a couple hundred books that I probably
MG> won't ever touch. They just keep accumulating. That one has no
MG> priority.
I know the story; I also have a bookcase full of unread books, many of which
I'll probably never get around to reading, unless of course no new books are
published for several decades.
MG> I'm also not sure that I'll ever eat all the stuff in the
MG> freezer. Someday I should simply stop buying food (and books)
MG> and see what I actually have in the house.
I occasionally go rummaging through my bookcase of unread books and am
always surprised by at least one book that I discover.
Howeve, I lack the courage to prowl around the back corners of my
refrigerator.
... Everything comes to those who wait, if they wait long enough.
