well, I have had a great time using my 8" truss scope that I built. I
do have an issue though with tracking. I am now looking into rebuilding
the scope and adding motors to drive the lon and lat. I know this can be
done and has been done many times. My question is though, what type of
motor should I use and do most people use gears or a pully/belt system or
do they use a direct contact with a rubber wheel. anybody that has built a
motorized scope, please let me know or point me in the direction of a web
page or 2.
thanks in advance to everybody for thier help.
Look up, look out, look back in time
