Let's see, ProComm Plus for Windows (which is still available and is
what I use), QModem Pro for Windows (which you can get for free if you
look hard enough) come to mind.

PCPlus for Windows is what I use PLUS it even has a nice QWK mail reader
and a decent scripting language.
