Turbo Pascal is probably the easiest of the compiled languages to learn, but like learning any language you do need to persist at the start until the moment comes when you stop having to refer to the dictionary (Programmers Guide/Library Reference) for every move you make. So if you are really interested in programming, keep at it. If you give up at Turbo Pascal, you would probably give up at any other language, and the reason would probably be because you lack persistence rather than intelligence.
