The trip to my folks is about 3 1/2 hours, and as I'm traveling alone
I don't really care to make stops if I have the birds in the car. This
last trip I went out and gassed up the car and everything, then came
back and packed up the car (emptied my own 'tank') and loaded the birds
in the front seat in a travel cage. Then I drove to the mountains.
The fruit sounds like it may be the solution, maybe in one of those
hooded crocks(?).
(Has anyone heard from Chuck Sudds?? I've not seen him out here for
some time.)
Peace,
