A "grid" in Visual Basic is akin to a database "table."  Each cell can be 
accessed and the information contained in that cell can be manipulated or, as 
Dik was wondering, passed on to another program.  Unfortunately, at this 
point, I cannot think of the process one would use to pass the cell's 
information to Word.  It is one of those acronyms like ODBC, OLE, something 
like that.
