I sell 5m Twisted Pair RG-45 Cable for $18.00, but cannot guarantee the
connectors being the way you want, but this is new stock, so it could be.

 SL>     backspace and a huge Enter, which I don't like :)

I sell Win 95 keyboards which are the standard type, eg.

Backspace 2 keys wide.
Enter is 2 keys wide, 2 keys down (indented as ENTER keys are)
Backspace under enter key on the right of the right shift

Now that's what I call a standard keyboard, besides the fact that the space
bar, alt's, ctrl's are slightly yet (surprisingly) un-noticably smaller.
