All of which are legitimate users of the materials. And actually, Israel is
probably the only one shooting stuff down. I've heard reports that despite
the nice equipment, the Saudi AF isn't worth much, and as for South
America... not too many wars going on down there. Other than the war on
drugs. I do remember when the missionaries were shot down in error.

It still pretty much comes down to "not much."
