Oh CMON! I'm getting a little sick of your bash bash bash rockwell.
This whole paragraph is bull. I get 28.8k connects almost all of the
time and at minimum I get 3240cps and I tend to get 3280-3300cps
quite alot. Especailly to USR modems when I lock MNP/4. I think this
is due to their 64S-4D trellis coding. And even this only gives an
extra 20cps and only when I lock mnp/4. Really my lines are no better
than the average resident of sydney. My modem works fine I feel I
have to keep saying this because of comments like yours. My modem does
connect at lower speeds sometimes and when it does it reports it.
Look, the USR offerings are great but I really am starting to resent
some of the stuff you're saying.
RB> Zealot mode off
Leave it off, please!
