Hmnn.  Thats about right for a SAFE neighborhood.
Now, for a ROUGH neighborhood, add a kevlar vest and a large dog on a
short leash.
For a REALLY rough neighborhood, add a 12 gauge, carried under a long
coat.
For the South Bronx, you want an APC, with Apaches on overwatch and
artillery on call!
