It's been a while since I run Fastecho and I run Win98, but, I'll
offer this;

Set the properties in Windows for Fastecho to give DPMI. Right click
on "fastecho.exe" (or maybe the batch file) and look in the
"memory"
tab. Don't know if this will help, but it's an idea.
