I take it the problem is in the location of the people and not the sample
ballots . Understandable that there should be a buffer distance and that
should be enforced. In PA we had politicians within 15 feet of the door of
my church. As a trustee I have some interesting conversations with the
Republicans ( Heavy Republican county) including one teamster for bush (
2000 election).
