i think your breakage happened around that time as when the dam broke, you
posts in other echos showed up at the same time as these in WIN95...

no, more likely one or more Z1 node numbers... probably those of the
backbone star systems (which some call a troika while acting like a troika
themselves) but with the traffic flowing, obviously not blocked any more if
ever at all...

FWIW: i am (mildly) curious as to the delay and where it occured... it
could have been as simple a think as a typo in a password or directory name
on any system between you and me (at least)...
