Right. That is what I for one would appreciate knowing, especially wrt how
it might influence a XML-RPC server and possible Windows perl clients to
that server. For instance my neighbour might decide to use a perl based
client to the server on his win98 box, seeing he has already jumped through
the hoops to get perl working on there. :-)
For any{thing,one} else I'd imagine javascript would be the better choice
wrt their web browser. Still toying with that idea so I am not really sure
about it all at this point in time. On the surface, and from what I've
played with so far, it seems like a good idea and worth further
investigation.

That is what he was initially thinking. Also he is highly resistant to
upgrading his win98 box so that might be a good way to keep it current with
the rest of the world, and perhaps even a step or a thousand ahead of the
typical or standardized MS sheeple. Heh, heh.
