I also just checked my card and it does not give discounts at WDW
itself. I can use it at stores here in Rochester but not on site.
I can see the difference now in the two cards. Also the Gold
Card, according to my compnay rep., gives proitory basis on
heavly reserved days at WDW. Also on another net they talked
about both cards and did a comparison of trips with same
reservations, lengths of stay the person with the Gold Card save
an extra $100.00 over a 5 day stay. They even rec'd a little
better room at the Polyneashian Hotel.
Also the Disney magazine that is rec'd by the Gold Card people
have specials that are not available only to them.
