you have to change the mouse pointers... you might find them under the
mouse control applet in the control panel... on my w2k system, the applet
is named "mouse" and the pointers are in the "pointers"
tab... depending on your theme, you may have different ones than the
defaults... there are several mouse pointer themes to choose from and it is
also possible to create your own...
