| subject: | New Couriers vs older Couriers |
Following up a msg (Apr 04) from Poe Lim of 3:623/630 to All: PL> There may be a slight problem with the new ones; it came preloaded PL> with Supervisor dated 14 Nov 95 (061-6.2.2) and DSP dated 5 July 95 PL> (1.2.2) and would not accept newer SDLs that uploaded ok on the PL> older Austel Couriers, or the US SDL, so something must have PL> changed in the firmware (which does mention the Australian bit). Further to that, I have re-tried loading the new SDL on advise from someone that he managed to do it, and it did load this time. I suspect a setting of mine was probably incorrect the previous attempts. So we'll see how it goes with higher transmit levels. :) Cheers, Poe --- timEd/2 1.10+* Origin: Serendipity Inc, Cowra +61-63-41 1859 [v34 H16] (3:623/630) SEEN-BY: 50/99 78/0 620/243 623/411 630 631 636 681 683 812 624/300 711/401 SEEN-BY: 711/409 410 413 430 808 809 899 932 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 SEEN-BY: 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 623/630 711/808 809 934 |
