I have OS/2 Warp 3.0 sans FixPacks, and "sticky keys" work fine at an
OS/2 windowed command prompt, at an OS/2 full-screen command prompt, at
a DOS prompt, and for PM programs.
What sort of OS/2 command prompt don't they work at ? Full-screen or
windowed ? Remember that sticky keys apply to the *whole* PM session,
and not to only the command window.

Are you using Drag & Drop or Pickup & Drop ? The latter would be easier
for you, I would have thought.
